IT'S easy to mock the Logies. Heck, my expectations' dial is set so low on Logies night the merest hint of sophistication or wit has a seismic impact. The cringe factor promised to be high this year, too, with the trumpeting of more irrelevant overseas guests and the guarantee of more why-are-we-are-here befuddlement; hooray for Joan Rivers' skewering of that one.
